In my speeches I tend to be genuine and very informal, always I emphasise that 'we are all here to learn from each other' - this shows my audience that I am not better than them, but I am in the same level as they are - this can create a good atmosphere and usually people enjoy it. After reading and listening Jane's CDs I am much more accurate in my speeches....Thank you Jane!
